Sponsored Tournament Terms and Conditions

By registering for, accessing, browsing or using a tournament on Antstream, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of a sponsored tournament.

CHANGES

​

Antstream reserves the right, at any time and at our sole discretion, to change or modify these Terms and Conditions applicable to a tournament, or any part thereof, or to impose new terms. Unless stated otherwise, any change takes effect immediately. You are responsible for ensuring you are familiar with the latest terms. By continuing to partake in a tournament, you agree to be bound by these changes.

We may change, suspend, discontinue, modify or restrict access to a tournament without notice.

ELIGIBILITY

​

Tournaments are intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. Any registration by, use of or access to the service by anyone under 13 years of age requires permission from a parent or legal guardian, who must read these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by them, on behalf of their minor child consent from their Parent or Guardian.

 

Antstream reserves the right to confirm that such permission has been granted and to close or restrict any Accounts until Antstream is satisfied that a parent or legal guardian has read the Terms and Conditions and agrees to allow their minor child to hold an account.

 

Antstream recommends that parents and guardians familiarise themselves with parental controls available on devices they provide to their child and accompany their child if aged under 13 years of age when online.

 

If you are aged 13 but under 18 years of age, you and your parent or guardian must review this Agreement and our Privacy Policy together. Parents/ guardians are jointly and liable for all acts (including for purchases and payments) and omissions of their children aged under 18 years when using the Antstream service.

 

Additionally, some of the content on the Antstream Service may not be appropriate for individuals under 18 years of age.

 

By using any of the services on Antstream, you represent and warrant that you are 13 years of age or older or you have received parental or guardian permission and that you agree to and abide by all of these Terms and where you are between the ages of 13 and 18 you will comply with the specific game related age restrictions and/or guidelines in the jurisdiction in which you reside.

 

In order to register and participate in any competitions with Antstream, an individual must be a natural person, aged 13 years old or older (unless Consent has been approved), with an email address assigned that has been represented on registration.

At all times comply with these terms;

  • Be a citizen or resident of a country ("Territory") where skilled gaming is legal

  • Be physically located in a Territory in which participation in the competition is intended for

  • We may at any time require any user to provide proof of Eligibility and Identity to participate in order for the user to continue to access the competition, and each user hereby acknowledges and accepts this condition of their participation as a measure to ensure the security of Antstream

  • Each User will be required to provide proof of eligibility and/or identification prior to receiving a prize

  • If you open an account and/or participate in any tournament or game offered on Antstream while located in a prohibited jurisdiction, you will be in violation of the law of such jurisdiction and these Terms and Conditions, and subject to disqualification

  • Failure to provide evidence of your eligibility and/or identification satisfactorily to Antstream in our sole and absolute discretion, shall result in disqualification and forfeit all prizes won and held in your account


 

MEMBERSHIP & SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • All Antstream account holders may access the Antstream service and tournaments by any of our subscriptions

  • Each account belongs to that user who registered upon activation of their Antstream account and is non-transferable

  • You are only permitted to sign up for one active account for the purposes of entering a competition

  • Antstream reserves the right to monitor any effort to establish multiple accounts. In the event it is discovered that you have opened more than one account, all accounts will be suspended without notice; Until verification has been confirmed

  • Antstream reserves the right to deny access to anyone, including, but not limited to, those members who use proxy servers and/or IP addresses residing in certain geographical areas.

  • Antstream reserves the right to limit your activity on the site in any way it deems appropriate, in its sole discretion.

  • Antstream reserves the right to set expiration dates or other limits on all promotional or bonus funds or credits, including entry-fee bonuses or credits and prize credits applied to your account.

  • For any account that has been dormant for 90 consecutive days, Antstream reserves the right to suspend the users account

  • For any account that has been dormant for 180 consecutive days on including the dormant period of 90 days, Antstream Reserves the right to cancel and/or remove the account

DIGITAL RAFFLE TICKETS - ONLINE PRIZE DRAW

  • Digital Raffle Tickets (DRT) are awarded throughout Antstream competitions in multiple ways

  • DRT can only be redeemed in Antstream online prize pools and are open to all users of Antstream

  • DRT are not redeemable for cash

  • Winner of Online Prize draw will be notified by email immediately on completion of the prize draw

  • Prize draw is completed at random

  • Antstream does not have the ability to choose Winners of the draw

TOURNAMENTS

By Competing in an Antstream Tournament you agree to;

  • Adhere to the Code of Conduct

  • All times are stipulated in BST UK unless otherwise stipulated

  • Antstream reserves the right to cancel a tournament at any time

  • Antstream is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, disconnects from your game play on your platform, or any incorrect or inaccurate results that may be posted on your online game.

  • If the Antstream service or its Underlying System suffers significant issues, the entire tournament will be cancelled.

 

CHEATING

​

We have a strict zero tolerance policy on cheating. Users who are caught cheating in any game are not permitted to compete.

EXTERNAL WEBSITES

​

Visiting or using any third-party link from the Website is at your own risk. Once you leave our Website or service you are bound by the Terms and Conditions, privacy policy and other rules or policies related to that third-party site. We will have no liability with respect to acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any third party or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from your interactions with third parties.
